No Returns for Safety Reasons

For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on supplements once they leave our facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t arrive at all, don’t worry — we’ll refund you or send a replacement, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@takemefirst.com

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (if damaged).

We process refunds the same day we receive your request, so you can shop with confidence.
